Steps for Success
1. Discovery Session
We begin with our discovery session. During our call with you, we will learn about your business and the administrative challenges that you’re currently facing.
2. Delegation Plan
Once we’ve determined your administrative needs, we will also discuss the goals that you would like to have as a result of your working with us.
3. Implementation
Once your delegation plan has been finalized, we will move forward with a contract, detailing how we will handle your administrative needs.
4. Goal Review We want to ensure that your goals are being met; therefore, we will schedule weekly meetings to ensure all goals are continuously being met.
