About Us - Meet the Founders

Alisha Thomas, Founder | Executive Operations & Organizational Support

Alisha brings more than a decade of experience supporting executives, boards of directors, leadership teams, and complex organizational operations.

Her professional background includes executive administration, board governance support, project coordination, event management, executive communications, and organizational operations. She has worked directly with senior leadership teams across nonprofit and corporate environments, helping organizations maintain structure, improve communication, and support day-to-day operational effectiveness.

Most recently, Alisha served as Executive Administrator for Work Better Faster, where she managed executive operations, board support, executive communications, travel coordination, leadership scheduling, event management, and organizational administration. She also collaborated across departments to support strategic initiatives, talent onboarding, and organizational operations.

Alisha Holds:

Andre Thomas, Founder | Operations, Compliance & Financial Strategy


Andre brings more than 20 years of experience across housing, finance, operations, government programs, sales, business development, and organizational management.


Most recently, he served as an Account Executive with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), where he managed complex multifamily housing portfolios and conducted financial reviews involving contracts, budgets, internal controls, legal documentation, environmental reviews, compliance issues, and portfolio servicing activities. During his tenure, he ranked #1 in completed site visits across the region and received multiple performance awards for operational excellence and proactive problem solving.


Prior to HUD, Andre's experience included property management, financial analysis, business ownership, business development, and capital markets. He has successfully managed real estate operations, improved financial performance, negotiated complex business matters, and supported organizational growth initiatives.

Andre holds:

  • Master of Science in Finance
  • Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication
  • Certified Financial Specialist (CFS)
  • Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS)
  • Management Occupancy Review Specialist (MORS)


As a United States Navy Veteran, Andre brings a disciplined, systems-oriented approach to helping organizations improve operational performance and reduce risk.
